I've been a musician for over 30 years, community music facilitator for 20 years, mindfulness practitioner for 30 years and yoga & meditation teacher for 20 years.
I've been delivering workshops combining creative music making, yoga and mindfulness over the last 15 years. Over the last 5 years, I’ve been working more from the perspective of Nervous System regulation.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Certificate in Drum Circles Facilitation - I trained with Arthur Hull’s Village Drum Circles in 2011 & 2013.
Sound Healing- I trained with the College of Sound Healing in 2006-7
Certificate in Yoga & Meditation teaching - I trained with the School of Kundalini Yoga in 2003- 2005
Re-evaluation Counselling [RC] - I have practised RC since 2012
English as a Second Language - I taught ESL in Japan, and south America for 6 years
